CareMatch Australia is seeking a dedicated High Intensity Disability Support Worker based in Canberra to support a participant in Young, NSW. You will join an established team, providing high-intensity, one-on-one care in a home setting, with Canberra-based shifts and weekly Wed changeovers.

You’ll deliver person-centred support, assist with personal care and mobility, and work closely with clinical staff to meet the participant’s goals while maintaining safety and quality care standards.
