365 Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support older Australians in their own homes across Western Sydney. This highly autonomous role is primarily community-based, with travel across the Western Sydney region from our Penrith office and a preferred 0.6 FTE (3 days per week).
You will deliver nursing and personal care, conduct health assessments, and coordinate with families and the care team to keep clients secure and independent at home.
