Site Foreman / Site Supervisor – Remedial Construction

I'm currently recruiting for a Site Foreman / Site Supervisor to join a reputable, large-scale remedial construction contractor with an established presence across Sydney.

With a sizeable workforce, strong project pipeline and a great family-oriented team culture, this is an opportunity to join a well-established business that values its people and takes pride in delivering quality remedial construction projects.

You'll be overseeing a range of strata residential and commercial building remedial projects across Sydney, including waterproofing, concrete repairs, structural strengthening, façade and cladding rectification.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily site operations and manage remedial construction activities.

- Coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, suppliers and site personnel.

- Plan and monitor project programmes, ensuring works are delivered on time.

- Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality control and site safety.

- Coordinate materials, labour, equipment and site resources.

- Liaise with Project Managers, strata managers, consultants and clients.

- Identify and resolve site issues, delays and construction challenges.





- Ensure compliance with project specifications, WHS requirements and relevant Australian Standards.

About You

- Previous experience as a Site Foreman or Site Supervisor within remedial construction.

- Background in strata residential or commercial building rectification works.

- Exposure to waterproofing, concrete repairs, structural strengthening, façade or cladding remediation.

- Strong ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage multiple trades on site.

- Good understanding of construction programmes, quality and WHS requirements.

- Strong communication and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
