Join a Leading Builder Delivering Landmark Education Projects Across South East Queensland

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, we are currently partnering with several highly regarded commercial builders seeking experienced Foremen, General Foremen and Site Managers to deliver a range of education projects throughout Brisbane and surrounding regions.

Projects include recent school campuses, major refurbishments, learning centres, STEM facilities, sporting infrastructure and multi-building education precincts ranging from $10M to $150M .

These opportunities suit construction professionals with experience delivering commercial, institutional, education, health or government-funded projects who are looking to join established builders with strong repeat client relationships and long-term project pipelines.

Your new role

As a Foreman or Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

Managing day-to-day site operations and programme delivery

Coordinating subcontractors and site labour

Driving safety, quality and environmental compliance

Managing construction sequencing and site logistics

Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, budget and specifications





Leading site teams and maintaining high-performance site cultures

Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a Foreman, General Foreman or Site Manager

Background delivering commercial, education, health, residential or government projects

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors

Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies and site safety

Trade or tertiary qualifications in Construction preferred

Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (or ability to obtain)
