Mondo Doro is a well-established family business specialising in the manufacturing of Award-winning Smallgoods. Over the last 30 years we have established a reputable, well-known brand with a strong, loyal customer base. With over 60 employees, we now seek an addition to our family. We are currently looking for a number of roles within our Organization. This is a hands-on role operating food production and packaging machinery.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the Production of Smallgoods - Pork and Beef.

- Preparation of Meat and Ingredients for food production.

- Assist in the Operating of Food manufacturing Machinery.

- Packing, vacuum sealing and labelling finished products.

- Ensure products are properly processed according to Company guidelines.





- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication skills.

- Reliable and punctual.

- Manual handling duties (10kg - 15kg)

- Physically fit and comfortable with working in a refrigerated area

- Full Australian Working Rights (permanent resident, citizen or unrestricted visa)

Great working condition with 5:30am start and up to a 2:30pm finish on weekdays only (no weekends). Chance in busier periods to do overtime and receive higher rates.
