Job location

Head Office is in Norwest Business Park, Norwest NSW 2153. You may be required to work at client sites (multiple locations possible), while remaining a direct employee of Resource Corner.

– Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and solutions. The role involves working with stakeholders to understand requirements, developing scalable and efficient systems, and ensuring applications meet performance and quality standards.

Detailed

Primary/Mandatory Skills

- Minimum 5 years of qualified experience in software engineering




- Strong programming skills in Java / .NET / Python
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Good knowledge of APIs, microservices, and web applications
- Solid experience with relational databases (Oracle/SQL/MySQL)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

Skillset Required

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs
- Database design and optimization
- Exposure to containerization and CI/CD tools (Docker, Jenkins, Git)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have

- Experience with DevOps practices and Terraform
- Knowledge of security best practices and system integration

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop, build, review, and test front-end and back-end software solutions
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of applications
- Prepare technical documentation and contribute to system design

Salary: $100k to $150k plus super
