$38.38 per hour + casual loading + additional penalties!

THE POSITION

- Assist in managing daily production kitchen operations
- Coordinate large batch preparation of food for multiple tournament spaces
- Supervise large teams of chefs and cooks
- Ensure all mise en place and production schedules are completed on time
- Monitor food quality, consistency and presentation standards
- Maintain HACCP and food safety compliance
- Support stock control, ordering and waste management

THE PERSON

- Robust experience in high-volume catering, stadiums, convention centres, airline catering, hotels or large-scale events




- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Experience producing large quantities of food while maintaining quality standards
- Great communication skills in liaising with various teams
- Flexible availability throughout the tournament period
