About the Role This is a wide-ranging, hands-on role where no two days are exactly the same. You’ll work with customers, learn our products and machinery, assist with parts and sales, and help keep the branch operating efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include

- Helping customers identify and source the right parts and products
- Learning to interpret parts using catalogues,



databases and supplier resources
- Promoting and recommending products to existing and new customers
- Building strong customer relationships through great service and follow-up
- Preparing quotes, sales orders and customer orders
- Picking, packing and dispatching parts
- Keeping the showroom and work areas organised and professional
- Assisting with machine preparation, assembly and deliveries when required
- Supporting the wider team with the day-to-day operation of the branch

About You

Parts experience would be an advantage, but it isn't essential. We’re equally interested in finding someone with the right attitude who wants to learn and develop. You might come from agriculture, automotive, machinery, mechanical, warehousing, trade sales, retail or customer service, or simply have a genuine interest in machinery and how things work.

We’re looking for someone who has:

- A positive, reliable and proactive attitude
- A genuine willingness to learn
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- An interest in agriculture, machinery, mechanical products or parts
- A practical, problem-solving mindset
- A current driver's licence
- A forklift licence is an advantage, but not essential
