Open House Conveyancing / Wollongong City Lawyers – Wollongong NSW

We are seeking a conveyancing assistant/ paralegal to join our team on a casual or part time basis.

About the role:

We are a Wollongong based law firm specialising in conveyancing and property law matters across NSW and ACT.

Key responsibilities:

The position will cover a vast array of duties which may include:

- Opening and closing files
- Assisting the Principal Solicitor and other employed staff with the day to day running of conveyancing and property law files
- Liaise with a broad range of stakeholders including banks, financial institutions, private lenders,



real estate agents, and caveators to ensure the timely progression and settlement of matters
- Drafting office template documents

We’re looking for a person with:

- Excellent communication skills with a focus on building strong client relationships
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Previous experience working in a law firm, especially with triconvey and PEXA will be highly regarded
- The ability to work independently
