CJD Equipment is seeking an experienced State Service Manager to join CJD Trucks in Forrestfield, WA. This senior leadership opportunity puts you at the helm of a large heavy vehicle truck service department, with the scope to drive operational excellence, develop your team and make a lasting impact.

Reporting to the General Manager – CJD Trucks WA, you will lead, mentor and motivate a skilled service team to deliver outstanding results. This is an opportunity to combine your leadership and commercial expertise with a commitment to safety, quality and exceptional customer service.

Your impact

- Champion an exceptional experience for customers and staff through strong engagement and responsive service.

- Drive the efficient and profitable operation of the Service Department.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

- Lead a safety-first culture and maintain best-practice standards across the team.





- Develop effective processes and clear standards for workshop operations and customer service.

- Support Workshop Manager with call-out operations to deliver safe, timely and high-quality repairs and truck servicing.

- Oversee warranty processes, compliance and quality standards, while driving continuous improvement.

- Achieve and maintain dealership NPS (CSI) score benchmarks.
