Are you a motivated Store Person, Trade Assistant, or mechanically minded individual looking to join a growing workshop? Based in our modern Dubbo facility, you'll play a key role in supporting our trades team, maintaining efficient workshop operations, and helping keep a fleet of heavy earthmoving equipment work-ready.

As part of a close-knit team, you'll work alongside skilled tradesmen, apprentices, and workshop leadership to ensure parts, tools, and consumables are available when and where they're needed. From stores management and freight coordination to workshop support and machine preparation, no two days will be the same.

Key responsibilities

- Receipt,



dispatch and organisation of parts and inventory

- Maintain accurate stock control and stores housekeeping

- Coordinate freight, deliveries and parts movements

- Assist tradespeople with workshop and field service requirements

- Prepare components, tools and equipment for maintenance activities

- Support workshop efficiency through effective planning and resource management

- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures

What we're looking for

- Experience in a Store Person, Trade Assistant, or similar role

- Experience within a workshop, mining, construction, transport, or heavy equipment environment is highly regarded

- Current Forklift Licence

- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support the broader team

- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

- Solid organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail

- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening
