Overview

We are currently recruiting an experienced Project Lead to deliver substations for a high-profile rail program. Engineering qualifications are welcomed but not essential for candidates with strong HV project delivery experience. Senior Project Engineers, Project Managers, Construction Managers, Delivery Leads that have been responsible for the delivery of HV electrical infrastructure are encouraged to apply.

Location- Brisbane, QLD

Duration- Permanent, Full-time

Salary- $230,000 - $250,000 + Super

Responsibilities

· Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of HV substation and rail electrification works, ensuring compliance with project, safety, and quality requirements.

· Manage project programs, subcontractors, stakeholders, budgets, and performance reporting to support successful project outcomes.

· Oversee the delivery of HV electrical infrastructure, including substations, feeder systems and associated power networks.

· Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams

Required Experience





· Relevant Qualification

· Demonstrated experience delivering HV substation, transmission, distribution, utility or rail electrification projects.

· Experience managing engineering deliverables, contractors, stakeholders and project teams.

· Demonstrated knowledge of SHEQ requirements and risk management processes.

· Australian working rights (Citizen, Permanent Resident or valid work visa).
