We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to join our small, friendly, and supportive team at FoodWorks Ferntree Gully.
About the Role: You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of the store with focus on grocery and/or liquor deparment, ensuring great customer service, smooth team coordination, and effective merchandising.
Candidates with a proven record of increasing sales or improving store performance will be highly regarded.
Requirements:
- Previous management experience and skilled worker in grocery/liquor/produce
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and improve store standards
- Reliable and hands-on approach
