Overview

We are looking for fair-minded reviewers who notice inclusive wording, clear expectations, and inconsistent treatment. You will perform generalist AI evaluation of scenario-based conversations and media for clarity, tone, and consistency. This chance is remote, with flexible hours and assignments based on project availability. Students, recent graduates and working professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Check generated responses for respectful language, complete information, and unsupported judgments.
- Compare outputs and choose the one that applies the prompt more consistently.
- Explain the decision with direct evidence while avoiding personal assumptions.




- Take part in English conversations with AI models when assigned to voice tasks.
- Record your ratings using project guidelines and flag examples that are difficult to judge.

Requirements

- Confident spoken English and clear written communication.
- Fair-minded reading and consistent criteria use.
- Ability to apply fairness criteria consistently to scenario-based content.
- A computer, reliable internet and headphones, with a quiet space for voice-based tasks.
- Ability to produce your own ratings and written explanations without using AI tools.
