We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee a small team of production workers and loading operators. This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring protected, efficient, and high-quality production operations while meeting daily shift targets.

Key Requirements

Current Forklift Licence (required)

Overhead Crane experience (desirable)

Previous leadership or supervisory experience

Manufacturing or production background

Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support production team members

Coordinate daily production, loading, and distribution activities

Maintain safety and quality standards

Conduct pre-start safety briefings

Liaise with supervisors and report operational issues
