TJ's BBQ – Now Hiring Management, Kitchen & Front-of-House Staff

TJ's BBQ in Singleton is looking for motivated, reliable and hardworking individuals to join our growing team as we restructure and strengthen our operations.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

- Management / Supervisors – Experienced leaders who can manage daily operations, supervise staff, maintain standards, enforce procedures and take accountability for the performance of their team.

- Kitchen Staff / Sandwich Hands – Efficient, organised individuals who can prepare quality food, maintain food safety and cleanliness standards, manage stock and work effectively in a rapid-paced kitchen.

- Front-of-House Staff – Friendly, professional and customer-focused individuals who can deliver excellent service, handle orders accurately and maintain a positive customer experience.

Previous hospitality or fast-food experience is highly regarded, particularly for management positions. However, we are also willing to train enthusiastic individuals who demonstrate the right attitude and commitment.
