Responsibilities
Own the integrated technical plan: prioritisation, architecture alignment, engineering direction and sequencing across streams.
Ensure technologists work effectively with each other and with business colleagues.
Assure that technical deliverables are robust, fit for purpose and sustainable after the program.
Lead the technical approach to legacy stabilisation, migration and decommissioning.
Technical Program Lead
Essential technical program leadership of a large legacy modernisation program; leading multi vendor technical teams.
Desirable mainframe (ADABAS, Natural, JCL) to cloud modernisation; strangler and service extraction patterns; government registry or regulatory systems.
