Technical Sales Specialist | Microsoft, AI & Cyber

Join a leading Microsoft-focused MSP and consultancy in a consultative sales role. You’ll grow existing customer relationships and convert qualified opportunities passed to you by an internal sales team.

You’ll look after a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers and help them use Microsoft cloud, cybersecurity, AI and managed services solutions to reach their business goals. You’ll also build strong relationships with Microsoft and key technology vendors to win more deals together.

This role suits a technically strong sales qualified who has carried a quota before and has a proven record of meeting or beating it.

What You’ll Bring

- A proven record of carrying and achieving sales targets, ideally within an MSP, Microsoft Partner, cloud consultancy or systems integrator
- Established relationships with Microsoft and other technology vendors, distributors or ISVs, and experience running co-sell and joint go-to-market activity
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365 and Security
- Exposure to AI,



Copilot, Automation, Data & AI solutions and/or Cyber Security offerings
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative sales skills
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes

What You’ll Do

- Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Convert warm opportunities generated by the internal sales team into closed revenue
- Build and use relationships with Microsoft account teams and vendor partners to create opportunities, access funding and programs, and speed up deals
- Engage customers across Cloud, AI, Cyber Security and Managed Services
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops and solution discussions
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to develop customer solutions
- Achieve quarterly and annual GP targets
