A conveyancing lawyer role running Queensland residential and commercial conveyancing files from A to Z under the Queensland Conveyancing Protocol, from our Brisbane CBD (Spring Hill), Bayside (Wynnum) and Gold Coast (Paradise Point) offices, with hybrid work by agreement.
- Provide accurate and timely legal advice to clients
- Conduct property searches and due diligence enquiries, prepare settlement figures and arrange settlements
- In house stamping of contracts and transfers, and PEXA workspaces
- Liaise with clients, agents, law firms, banks and brokers
