Lee Ho Fook by Victor Liong, a Two Hat restaurant and part of Trippas White Group, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the leadership team in Sydney.
Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll lead service, train the kitchen crew, assist with menu development and drive procedures that ensure top quality, efficiency and food safety.
Experience in Cantonese cuisine is valued but not essential; a passion for contemporary Asian cuisine is essential.
