Harmony Gold is seeking a People & Culture Superintendent to lead the HR function for the Eva Copper Project’s construction phase. You will partner with project leadership and contractors to mobilise, recruit, develop and manage a workforce capable of delivering on time and within budget.
This two-year fixed-term role drives strategic workforce planning, employee relations, governance and wellbeing across the site, ensuring compliance with Australian legislation and Harmony’s values.
