Job Descriptions
- Provide after sales technical support on solar & battery products
- Responding to inbound calls & emails and offering the appropriate solution
- Assist customer with WO warranty replacement/installation arrangements
- Providing onsite installation instructions
Requirements
- Prior experiences working with batteries manufacturer
- Electrical engineering degree
- Full work rights in Australia
