About the Role:

This is a customer-focused sales role where you'll create an outstanding in-store experience and build lasting relationships with customers. You’ll receive structured training in computer and communication products to help you confidently recommend the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Sell computers and communication products while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Build strong product knowledge to confidently recommend tailored solutions.
- Process transactions using point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards.
- Assist with stock takes and general operational tasks.
- Work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.

About You:

We are looking for someone with strong communication and people skills, along with the motivation to achieve sales targets and maximise earnings.





Attributes we are looking for include:

- Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
- Computer literate with basic numeracy skills.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
- Previous retail or sales experience, desirable.

- Experience using POS systems, desirable.
