AVADA Traffic is recruiting Traffic Controllers and TMA Operators across Newcastle and Surrounding suburbs due to strong project demand.

Immediate starts are available, with ongoing casual work also available across day and night shifts.

Traffic Controller

- Must have NSW Traffic Control Licence TCR & IMP

- Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)

- Valid Driver’s Licence and Personal Car

- Reliability, professionalism, and a solid safety mindset

Team Leader:

- Must have NSW Traffic Control Licence TCR, IMP & PWZ

- Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)

- Valid Driver’s Licence





- Reliability, professionalism, and a strong safety mindset

- Experience preferred

- Minimum 6 months’ experience driving a Ute

Experienced Team Leaders (TLs): Company car provided for suitably experienced candidates.
