WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

- Enaex Australia is seeking motivated and safety-focused Trainee MPU Operators to join our Operations team across multiple sites throughout Western Australia.
- This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to establish a long-term career within the mining and explosives industry. Through structured on-the-job training, you'll gain hands-on experience operating Mobile Processing Units (MPUs), supporting blast preparation activities, and developing the skills required to become a qualified MPU Operator.
- We are looking for people who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in operational environments, and are committed to working safely while learning from experienced industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured on-the-job training to develop MPU operating and blasting support competencies.
- Learn to safely operate Mobile Processing Units and associated blasting equipment.
- Assist with the escorting and unloading of deliveries into explosive reload facilities.
- Support blast preparation activities, including assisting with loading operations and associated tasks.
- Complete administrative requirements and build capability in Enaex systems and processes.
- Actively participate in safety initiatives, workplace inspections, toolbox meetings, and Zero Harm activities.

You Will Have:
- Current HR Licence with experience operating
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience working in heavy industry or physically demanding environments.
- A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and personal accountability.
- Flexibility to work across multiple WA mining operations.

Highly regarded:
- Forklift Licence.
- Dangerous Goods Security Card.
- 2 years HR or MR driving experience.
- Experience within mining, construction, exploration, or demolition environments.
