WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

- A 12-24 month fixed-term traineeship

- Minimum 20 hours per week, with potential to increase hours over time, plus additional hours available through leave and roster coverage

- All course fees paid to complete the Certificate III in Business Administration (Medical)

- Paid and supported study time built into your working week

TO BE ELIGIBLY FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST BE:

- An Australian citizen, permanent resident, or Current Zealand citizen with full work rights

- Someone who has not previously completed a Certificate III or higher qualification in Business

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our Admin/Reception shift hours fall between:

- 6:30am – 7:00pm Monday to Friday

- 7:00am – 1:00pm Saturdays

You’ll need to be available for shifts within these times as required.

Pay rates vary depending on your age, the year you finished high school, and your traineeship progress.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS

We’ll provide full training and on‑the‑job support to help you confidently:

- Answer phones to a script

- Provide excellent customer service to our patients

- Use the computer to book in patients, prepare Word documents, reply to emails, scan documents, send faxes, and complete basic spreadsheets

- Handle cash and EFTPOS payments

- Work as part of a team

- Feel comfortable asking questions if you aren't sure of an answer

- Handle requests from the Physiotherapists.
