We are seeking a highly organised, customer-focused and proactive Uniform Shop Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of the College Uniform Shop. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with families, students and staff, has strong administration and retail skills, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

About the Role

Reporting to the Business Manager, the Uniform Shop Coordinator is responsible for the efficient operation of the College Uniform Shop, ensuring families have access to the correct College uniform while maintaining a welcoming and professional service experience. The role includes stock management, supplier liaison, online store administration, budgeting support and supervision of Uniform Shop staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service to students, families and staff.
- Coordinate fittings, sales, exchanges, refunds and online orders.
- Manage stock ordering, supplier relationships and inventory control.
- Oversee stocktakes and maintain accurate stock records.
- Administer point-of-sale systems, EFTPOS settlements and cash handling processes.
- Manage the College online uniform store and coordinate special fitting appointments, if required.
- Lead and support Uniform Shop staff and volunteers.
- Contribute to budgeting,



reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Experience in retail, customer service or a similar operational environment.
- Experience in purchasing, budgeting and administration.
- Confidence using retail stock management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work collaboratively while leading a small team.
- A commitment to the values and mission of Catholic education.

Essential Requirements

- Current Working With Children Check.
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
- Accreditation to Work in a Catholic School (or willingness to obtain).
