Healthcarelink Support is seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker with mental health experience to assist a participant in Dee Why, NSW. The role involves 6-hour shifts (9:30 AM–2:30 PM) within a casual/ongoing setup, with an emphasis on high-quality, person-centred care and supportive teamwork.

Ideal candidates will have robust communication skills, experience with high-risk participants, and current First Aid & CPR along with a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
