As Home Care Service Manager, you'll oversee day‑to‑day service delivery, support and develop your team, and help identify opportunities to strengthen and grow the business.

- Overseeing client services, care coordination and day‑to‑day operational activities.

- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies and service quality.

About you:

You're an experienced home care professional who understands the importance of delivering excellent services while supporting a capable, motivated team.

Approachable, organised and solutions‑focused, you're comfortable managing competing priorities, resolving challenges and building relationships that support both clients and the business.

You'll bring:

- Experience in home care management, care coordination or a similar leadership position.
- Strong understanding of home care service delivery, care planning and client funding.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop staff.
- Sound knowledge of aged care quality requirements, compliance and risk management.
- Confidence managing client relationships, complex matters and service improvements.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in business development and sustainable growth.
- Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.

A nursing or clinical background would be advantageous but is not essential. Your home care knowledge, leadership capability and ability to deliver quality services are what matter most.
