Macquarie is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to shape the team’s technical direction and raise reliability across engineering. You will design scalable, resilient systems and tooling in Go or Java, and implement SLIs/SLOs while instrumenting services with traces, metrics and logs.

You will mentor engineers through code reviews, advocate for system improvements, and explore AI-enabled tooling to reduce operational toil and improve reliability.
