Your role – More than performing treatments

You’ll be an important part of our treatment team, working closely with our clients, therapists and clinic owners to deliver outstanding skin and wellness experiences.

Advanced skin treatments and personalised care

- Perform professional skin consultations and assessments to understand each client’s concerns, expectations and goals.
- Deliver high-quality skin treatments confidently, safely and with attention to detail.
- Develop personalised treatment recommendations that combine in-clinic treatments with appropriate home skincare.
- Monitor client progress,



adapt recommendations within your scope of practice and celebrate the results achieved.
- Continue developing your knowledge of skin health, professional products and emerging treatment technologies.

Depending on your qualifications, training and experience, you’ll have opportunities to work across treatments such as:

- Skin needling and collagen induction therapy

- Build trusted, long-term relationships through excellent communication and consistent client care.

- Support client retention and retail sales through genuine recommendations rather than high‑pressure selling.
- Make every client feel comfortable, respected and cared for throughout their visit.
