About The Role

As a Vehicle Sales Trainee, you'll learn every aspect of the sales process while working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom

Learning how to identify customer needs and match them with suitable vehicles

Supporting vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives

Building strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey

Assisting with follow-up calls, customer enquiries and lead management

Learning finance and aftermarket product processes

Maintaining vehicle displays and showroom presentation

Working towards individual and team sales targets

This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, develop new skills and build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

You’ll Ideally Have A strong desire to build a career in sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive, motivated and professional approach

Confidence interacting with a wide range of customers

Basic computer skills A current Australian driver's licence or the ability to obtain one

Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.
