Position Available

SUSHI GOSU PTY LTD (Miyabi Sushi) is seeking a FULL-TIME Waiter to join our team.

Key responsibilities include welcoming and assisting customers, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks, and ensuring the dining area remains clean and organised. The ideal candidate should be friendly, well-presented, reliable, and a team player with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities





- Welcomes customers and assists them with seating arrangements.
- Presents menus and provides recommendations on sushi, Japanese dishes, and beverages.
- Takes customer orders accurately and communicates them to kitchen staff.
- Serves food and beverages to customers in a timely and skilled manner.
- Processes customer payments and handles billing transactions.
- Responds to customer enquiries and addresses complaints professionally.
- Prepares tables, clears used dishes and maintains a tidy and presentable dining area.
- Monitors and replenishes dining supplies, including tableware, condiments and other service essentials.
- Complies with food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.

Requirements

- At least one year of relevant full-time experience.
- Australian citizens and permanent residents (PR holders) are welcome.
