About the role

Trimboli Group is seeking enthusiastic and professional Wait Staff to join our dynamic hospitality team in Braddon. This is a part time position offering the flexibility to fit around your lifestyle whilst being part of a vibrant dining establishment.

Staff, you will be the face of our business, creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Your role is essential to maintaining our reputation for quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction at every visit.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, seating them and providing menus promptly

- Taking accurate food and beverage orders whilst offering knowledgeable recommendations about menu items and specials

- Serving food and drinks with appropriate techniques, ensuring items are delivered to the correct guests in a timely manner

- Checking in with guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

- Managing table arrangements, maintaining cleanliness and clearing plates efficiently between courses

- Processing payments, handling cash and card transactions accurately, and providing receipts

- Communicating effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow

- Adhering to health and safety standards and maintaining high standards of personal hygiene

- Assisting with setup and breakdown of dining areas as required

- Supporting promotional activities and special events as needed

What we're looking for

- Previous experience working as wait staff, bar attendant or in a similar hospitality role is highly valued

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure

- Strong numeracy skills for handling payments and understanding orders

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team whilst also managing multiple tables independently





- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry items safely

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

- Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

- Reliability and punctuality with a professional demeanour

- Basic food safety and responsible service of alcohol knowledge is preferred; training will be provided if necessary
