Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Wall and Floor Tiler to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on tiling experience in commercial settings, a strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality finishes. The role covers surface preparation, setting out and laying wall and floor tiles, waterproofing and grouting, and keeping work areas safe, clean and organised across our commercial construction and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications, and calculate tile and material quantities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, levelling, screeding and applying primers or bonding agents Apply waterproofing membranes to wet areas in line with Australian Standards Set out tile layouts to achieve correct alignment, falls and finishes Cut and shape tiles using wet saws, grinders and hand tools Lay ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiles on walls and floors using adhesives and mortar Grout, seal and finish tiled surfaces, including silicone and expansion joints Install trims, edging,



nosings and accessories Repair and replace damaged or defective tiles Clean and maintain tools and equipment Comply with workplace health and safety requirements and site procedures Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete work on schedule Qualifications: Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling, or an equivalent qualification Minimum 1 year of relevant wall and floor tiling experience Construction Induction Card (White Card) Experience with waterproofing, setting out and tile installation in commercial environments Sound knowledge of tiling materials, adhesives and surface preparation techniques Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Current driver’s licence preferred How to Apply: If you are an experienced Wall and Floor Tiler looking for a permanent, full-time role, we would like to hear from you.
