About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Picker Packer / Process Worker to join our packaged meat, dairy and seafood operations.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse position suited to someone who understands the demands of a busy picking and packing environment.

You will be responsible for accurately picking, scanning, packing and preparing customer orders while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality and presentation.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Picking and packing packaged meat, seafood and dairy products.
- Using handheld RF scanners to scan products and process orders.
- Ensuring correct products and quantities are picked for each customer.
- Working efficiently to meet daily production and dispatch deadlines.
- Maintaining accurate stock movements and scanning procedures.
- Following food safety, hygiene and temperature-control requirements.
- Assisting across different warehouse production areas when required.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and secure working environment.





What We’re Looking For

Essential requirements:

- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking and packing or production environment.
- Experience using RF scanners or handheld barcode scanning systems.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

Availability requirements:

- Must have availability on Mondays to Fridays.
- Weekend availability is not required.
- This is not an after-school or school-hours casual position.
- Applicants must be able to commit to their agreed rostered shifts.

Please note: We are specifically looking for candidates with warehouse, production or distribution experience. General hospitality experience alone will not be considered a suitable substitute for the warehouse and scanning experience required for this position.
