This hands-on leadership role covers the warehouse from inbound to dispatch. You’ll have room to improve processes, build the team and help shape the operation as it grows.
What you’ll do
- Run all warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
- Lead, train and motivate a team of staff, including rostering and performance
- Keep stock accurate through cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory controls
- Track KPIs for accuracy, on-time dispatch and productivity, and improve on them
- Keep a strong WHS culture and stay compliant with safety standards
- Work with transport, customer service and purchasing so goods move smoothly
- Find and carry out process improvements to support the business’s growth
- Manage budgets, equipment and site maintenance
About you
- At least 3–5 years in a warehouse leadership role
- A track record of leading and growing high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems
- A good understanding of WHS requirements
- Confident with KPIs, reporting and continuous improvement
- Forklift licence (LF) highly regarded
- Organised, hands-on and calm under pressure
- Experience in a growing or changing business is a bonus
