We are seeking a reliable, organised and hands-on Warehouse Operator in Adelaide.

This is a full time, on-site position based at Adelaide SA, combining administrative responsibilities with day-to-day warehouse operations, forklift operation when required.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied, hands-on role involving warehouse administration, daily warehouse operations and forklift operation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Perform daily warehouse administration, including data entry, order processing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, stock movements.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with stocktakes and stock reconciliation.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, delivery records, and other relevant documentation.
- Operate forklifts to safely load, unload, move, and organise warehouse stock and goods.
- Inspect, store, inbound and dispatch goods accurately and efficiently.

Skill & Experience

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operation. A relevant experience would be preferred.




- Valid Australian forklift licence and practical forklift operating experience are essential.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks.
- Handling in the WMS ERP inc picking list, return goods
- Verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively in warehouse operations including customers and transport providers.
- Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is an advantage but not essential. Must also be comfortable performing physical warehouse tasks, including lifting and moving goods when required.
