About the Role

Are you a hands-on Storeperson who takes pride in accuracy, organisation and keeping a busy warehouse running smoothly? Reporting to our Operations Manager, we are looking for a Warehouse All-Rounder to join our Salisbury Distribution Centre. Our Distribution Centre stores essential Fire, Security and Monitoring products. You will be central to ensuring building kits, stock and customer orders are picked accurately, dispatched on time and safely stored.

This is more than a forklift role. We are looking for someone who enjoys being across the full warehouse operation - from receipting and stock control through to picking, dispatch and keeping the warehouse running at its best.

Please note: This role will initially be located in Salisbury. We will be relocating to our brand new, purpose built facility in Heritage Park early next year!!

What You’ll be Doing

- Receive,



check and receipt incoming goods
- Put away stock safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer and technician orders
- Operate counterbalance and high-reach forklifts
- Load and unload deliveries safely
- Complete paper-based picking accurately
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
- Use spreadsheets and warehouse systems to update information
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe
- Support the team with day-to-day warehouse requirements

What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience in a Storeperson or warehouse all-rounder role
- A current LF Forklift Licence
- Counterbalance and high-reach forklift experience
- Confidence operating a high-reach forklift in a five-bay racking environment
- Robust inventory, stock control and stocktake experience
- Sound computer skills, including confidence using spreadsheets
- Excellent communication skills and a practical, team-first approach
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting it right
- A proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- A genuine commitment to safe work practices
