Warranty and Parts Coordinator – 12 month contract

Utilising your parts and warranty expertise in this maternity leave contract you will play an integral role within the service & parts team. Snowy River Caravans Newcastle is a trusted caravan dealership specialising in new Snowy River Caravans while also offering a huge range of quality used caravans.

Supporting the Service Manager and wider service team, your main responsibilities will include:

· Managing and processing manufacturer warranty claims from start to finish

· Checking warranty coverage and ensuring claims meet manufacturer requirements

· Preparing warranty documentation

· Following up outstanding warranty claims, approvals & payments

· Ordering parts required for warranty and service jobs

· Preparing job cards & repair orders

· Ensuring completed jobs are accurately invoiced and closed

And because you consider yourself a ‘customer service specialist’, the following will come naturally to you,



all whilst representing Snowy River in a professional and friendly manner:

· Liaising with caravan manufacturers, suppliers and warranty departments

· Coordinating warranty repairs with technicians

· Liaising with parts suppliers and manufacturers regarding availability and delivery

· Booking and coordinating caravan servicing, repairs and inspections

· Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process

· Managing customer expectations and resolving service issues The ideal candidate looks like this:

· Previous experience in warranty administration, parts coordination or service advising

· Background in automotive, RV or similar dealership

· Knowledge of vehicle or caravan components, repairs & servicing

· Familiarity with manufacturer warranty processes & claim procedures

· Valuable computer and general admin capabilities

· The ability to work autonomously while being a supportive team member
