About Trunk Logistics: Join a quick-paced logistics leader. They are looking for reliable, hands-on Warehouse Team Leaders to drive safety, efficiency, and high performance in their nominated warehouse areas .

Key Responsibilities

Supervise & Lead: Manage a small team of Storepeople on the floor, providing direction and training .

Daily Operations: Oversee receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch functions for your area .

Safety First: Drive 100% commitment to safety, compliance, and keeping a clean, organized DC .

Hit Targets: Work closely with management to ensure the team meets client specifications and KPIs .

What We Are Looking For

Current LF Forklift Licence is strictly mandatory.

Proven experience in a warehouse leadership or senior storeperson role .





Strong communication skills to motivate a team and drive performance standards .

Solid understanding of safety regulations and warehouse workflows (DG experience is a plus) .
