We are looking for a Warehouse Operations and Facilities Supervisor to join our team here at APR Engineering factory!

APR Engineering is seeking a Workshop Operations and Facilities Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time position based at our factory.

What You’ll Do

- Manage a safe, customer-focused, and cost-efficient Store and workshop facilities function.
- Oversee daily operations of the workshop, including inventory control, purchase order fulfilment, delivery/receiving activities, and QA.
- Drive customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods.
- Manage stock, tools and inventory control, including validation and processing of stock adjustments, write-offs, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Plan and purchase tools within the agreed budget, in consultation with management.




- Support and optimise quality control processes to ensure product standards are maintained in line with technical documentation.
- Oversee the maintenance of facilities, equipment, and machinery, coordinating with external contractors as required.
- Ensure appropriate record-keeping for the receipt and dispatch of goods, both to third parties and internally.

- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings
- Sound problem-solving and fault-finding skills
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and safety
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
- Current forklift licence.
- A solid work ethic with a “can do” attitude; flexible and cooperative.
