The Opportunity

Bhagwan Marine are currently seeking a proactive Warehouse & Stores Administrator to support our diverse operations in our Henderson Yard.

This is a diverse, hands-on role combining computer-based administration with practical stores and workshop duties.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete general administration and clerical duties to support daily workshop operations.
- Greet visitors, answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the correct department
- Process Customer orders, update inventory spreadsheets and log deliveries in the company database
- Prepare delivery dockets, invoices and shipping paperwork
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems, monitor office supplies and handle daily mail.
- Receive incoming freight, check goods against delivery notes, and load customer vehicles safetly
- Organise stock in the yard, conduct routine stocktakes and report shortages or damages
- Ensure the external yard including walkways and storage are kept tidy, organised and free of hazards
- Safely operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic data entry software
- Capabiltiy to life heavy items (Up to 20kg), comfortable standing for long periods and working in varying weather conditions
- A valid drivers license,



as well as Forklift Ticket
- Excellent verbal and written communication for customer service-related tasks
- Ability to smoothly switch gears between quiet computer work and fast paced physical labour
- Safety first mindset
