We're looking for a motivated and reliable Yard Hand to join our Rocklea team. Whether you're starting your career in heavy industry or looking for a hands-on role with long-term opportunities, we'll provide the training, support, and development to help you succeed.

If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a close-knit team, and learning to operate heavy machinery, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

What you'll be doing?

- Processing, sorting and handling recyclable materials
- Loading and unloading trucks and customer vehicles
- Learning to operate forklifts,



excavators and other mobile plant equipment
- Conducting general yard maintenance and housekeeping
- Supporting site operations and material movements
- Following all safety, environmental and operational procedures
- Identifying hazards and contributing to a strong safety culture
- Providing great customer service to customers, suppliers and transport operators

What we are looking for: We're interested in people with the right attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

You'll ideally have:

- A strong focus on workplace safety
- Reliability and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach to work
- Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
