Zoning Hearing Board The Township is accepting applications to be on the Ross Township Zoning Hearing Board; a five-member board with one alternate that handles requests for variances and special exceptions to the Ross Township Zoning Ordinance. The ZHB are empowered by The Municipalities Planning Code and are a quasi-judicial board. The Zoning Hearing Board meets on the second Wednesday each month.
- There are two (2) openings:
- One (1) opening for a 5-year term set to expire December 31, 2031.
- One (1) opening for an Alternate Position set to expire December 31, 2030.
