Gannawarra Shire Council is seeking a Casual Maternal & Child Health Nurse to deliver a comprehensive, evidence-based approach for promoting, preventing and identifying health, emotional and social factors affecting children aged 0-6 years and their families in the Gannawarra community.
You will engage with families using universal and enhanced platforms, providing timely contact and ongoing primary health care to improve health, wellbeing, safety, learning and development.
