You will resolve hardware and software issues, manage AD/O365 accounts, and coordinate with vendors and remote teams while ensuring security and IT policy compliance.

The role requires 4–8 years of experience in onsite EUC support, familiarity with SCCM/Intune, and robust ITIL/ITSM awareness; travel to nearby sites
