Operations Manager - Electronic Security

My Client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager who has a strong background in service delivery while identifying and securing recent business opportunities.

The Role:

- Leadership & People Management and develop operational leaders and frontline teams across QLD
- Help deliver high-performance culture focused on safety, accountability, customer service and continuous improvement.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, workforce planning and capability development initiatives.
- Ensure security services are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations and company standards.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer outcomes.
- Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients and industry stakeholders.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients through regular face-to-face engagement.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.

- Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients and industry stakeholders.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients through regular face-to-face engagement.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.

Experience:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing electronic security operations or similar field, including installation, commissioning, and client handover.
- Demonstrated success in business development, sales growth and client relationship management.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Experience leading geographically dispersed workforces in a service-based environment.
- Strong understanding of compliance, risk management and operational governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high client satisfaction standards.
- Familiarity with electronic security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, alarms) and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client expectations and maintain professional relationships.
