We are partnering with a leading global organisation to appoint an experienced Change Lead - ANZ to support a significant technology modernisation and transformation programme.

The programme is focused on modernising legacy digital platforms, improving operational capabilities and enabling more efficient partner integration and onboarding.

As the ANZ Change Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the people, process and business impacts associated with this transformation, ensuring changes are successfully embedded across the region.

The Opportunity

Working within a global transformation environment, you will lead regional change management activities, partnering with business leaders, technology teams and programme stakeholders to drive engagement, readiness and sustainable adoption.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of change delivery across ANZ while contributing to a broader international transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute change management plans aligned with programme objectives and regional business needs.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communications across the ANZ business.
- Conduct change impact assessments and identify implications for people, processes and ways of working.
- Drive business readiness activities ahead of technology and process changes.
- Develop and coordinate communications, training and adoption initiatives.




- Work closely with programme delivery teams and business stakeholders to manage change dependencies and risks.
- Monitor adoption, identify resistance and implement strategies to support successful transition.
- Ensure change initiatives deliver sustainable business outcomes and measurable benefits.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Change Lead or Senior Change Manager who can demonstrate:

- Proven experience delivering organisational change within large-scale technology or digital transformation programmes.
- Strong change management capabilities, including impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness.
- Experience supporting the implementation or modernisation of enterprise technology platforms.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and competing priorities.
- Experience working across regional or global transformation programmes.
- A structured, pragmatic and delivery-focused approach.

Experience within Insurance or Financial Services would be highly regarded, although candidates from other complex, regulated environments are encouraged to apply.
