About These Opportunities:

We are currently recruiting for three Property Manager positions, each offering the opportunity to manage an established portfolio within a well-resourced agency. You'll have access to dedicated support and the opportunity to further develop your career.

Mandarin speakers are also encouraged to apply, with the opportunity to utilise their language skills while managing a diverse client base and building robust relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage an established residential property portfolio of 160 – 180 properties and oversee day-to-day operations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants and tradespeople.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, routine inspections and tenancy matters.
- Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears and general tenancy administration.
- Ensure compliance with Victorian residential tenancy legislation and industry requirements.

Key Requirements





- Previous experience in residential Property Management.
- Sound knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation and property management processes.
- Confident communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Current Agents Representative Certificate, and a reliable vehicle with a valid driver's licence.

Key Strengths & Perks
